As you probably already know, 28 Days have come out of the Melbourne puck scene
and have blown away audiences around the nation with there pop-punk/hardcore
blend music of music.
28 Days consist of vocalist Jay Dunne, bassist Damian Gardiner,
guitarist Simon Hepburn, drummer Scott Wally and turntables,
samples, mixing Matt Tanner. Since the early days back in 1998, 28 Days have
played shows with various international bands backs such as Propergandi, Snuff,
H20, Unsane, Agnostic Front and Better Than A Thousand
and Australian bands such as Frenzal Rhomb, Bodyjar, The Living End,
Area 7, Tism, Toe To Toe.
28 Days music is influenced from bands such as CIV, Descendants,
Beastie Boys and many other hardcore/hip-hop/pop-punk bands. 28 Days have
released a number or recordings and have played many festivals and shows around the
country, including Warped and Pushover and Big Day Out. After
appearing on ABC's Recovery, 28 Days have produced an experienced band line-up
that will continue to amaze audiences young and old with their brand of punk music.
